If the number of Bollywood’s top stars turning to the small screen is anything to go by, then it won’t be wrong to say that the Indian TV industry is getting bigger and bigger. This week saw Bollywood beauty Madhuri Dixit return to the small screen as one of the judges for Sony’s dance-based reality show Jhalak Dikhla Jaa season 4 along with actor Malaika Arora Khan and choreographer Remo D’souza.

The 'Dhak Dhak girl’ who is now settled in Denver, US, came back to India a month ago, for the three month long shoot for the show. Madhuri is reportedly being paid a bomb for the show. Interestingly, Madhuri’s first stint with the small screen came way back in the year 2002 when she hosted a show, Kahin Naa Kahin Koi Hai. The show served as a platform for girls and boys in search of a life partner, to meet each other along with their families and get to know one another.

MadhuriBut it’s not only Mads who is providing the star power to the television world. In the coming few months there’s lot more in store for the couch potatoes in terms of big Bollywood names coming on the tube.

Here’s a list of all those who are all set to dazzle the small screen:

Hrithik Roshan

Dance Olympics

Reportedly being paid: Rs 2 crore/episode

The actor is all set to make his small screen debut with this dance-based reality show on Star Plus. Reported to be produced by SOL Productions, the show is likely to come on air towards the mid or last quarter of 2011. The show will feature artistes from various countries who will represent their respective countries of origin.

Mallika Sherawat
Chak Dhoom Dhoom
Reported being paid: Rs 45 lakh/episode

Though her latest movie Hisss may have fizzled off in thin air, she’s now set to judge this upcoming dance reality show on Colors, for which the auditions have already begun. The show, which will be going on air in mid February, will have kids as participants who will contest in groups rather than individually.

Shah Rukh Khan
Show: Wipeout
Reportedly being paid: Rs 5 crore/episode

It is after a gap of almost three years that Shah Rukh will return to the small screen. Last seen hosting the game show Kya Aap Paanchvi Pass Se Tez Hain?, he will be hosting the Indian version of Wipeout, an American water-based adventure sports show on Imagine TV, for which the contestants will be flying to Argentina.

Preity Zinta
Show: The Preity Zinta Show
Reportedly being paid: Rs12 crore for 20 episodes

This dimpled beauty too, will soon be making her debut on the small screen with a chat show, with her name, where she will be interviewing celebrities from different fields such as films, sports and politics, etc. Earlier, Preity was supposed to be part of the star jury of India’s Got Talent, but it didn’t work out.
