This time around, it is contestants Gautam Gulati and Sonali Raut, who are already being termed by the social media as ‘Gaunali’, in lines with last season’s love birds Gaushal – Gauahar Khan and Kushal Tandon.

"From exchanging glances, whispering sweet-nothings to getting all touchy-feely and snuggly, the chemistry between Gautam and Sonali is something one cannot miss. The two have been speaking in code language… there seems to be some flirtatious signals that she is giving him, trying to hide from the ­cameras and scribble stuff on the sofa or the bed with her fingers. Gautam looks ­puzzled and is heard telling her, ‘Don’t ­confuse me, be ­specific in expressing your feelings’," says a source from the ­production house, who’ve been monitoring the live feed.

The source further reveals that when Gautam shares his confusion with co-contestant Puneet Issar, Puneet suggests Gautam to ask Bigg Boss to allow them to go out on a date and have "sex on the beach". "Gautam was shocked to hear that initially, but then Puneet clarified that he was talking about ­having the famous ­cocktail by the same name," says the source.

The source also reveals that after contestant Ali Quli Mirza allows a 30-minute nap to everyone, Sonali and Gautam jump on to the bed together. "Sonali told Gautam that he looks kiddish in his shirt and asked him to take it off. She said she likes his ­physique. Curious of their ­relationship, Ali asks Sonali what’s cooking, to which she sheepishly smiles. When Gautam hears about it, he tells her, ‘You have a pretty face, lovely hair and adaayein, so obviously everyone’s trying to hit on you’."

Earlier seasons of the show saw actors Armaan Kohli-Tanisha Mukherji, Vishal Karwal-Karishma Kotak, Ashmit Patel-Veena Malik and Anupama Verma-Aryan Vaid struck by cupid.
