Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’s Jaya Bhattacharya pleads for work amid financial crisis

Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi actor Jaya Bhattacharya is in dire need of work right now. Her mother is ill and her financial situation is not well either.

Television actor Jaya Bhattacharya, known for her role as the villain Payal Mehra in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, is going through a rough time in her life. She is out of work and has an unwell mother to support.

Jaya Bhattacharya is best known as Payal Mehra of Kyuki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi.

In a statement to Telly Chakkar, Payal has asked for work to be able to get out of a financial crisis. “My mother has been admitted from 26 November. I am in a deep fix as all my finances are down the drain. Due to a renovation contract for my house, I am currently put up at my rakhi brother’s place,” she said about her situation. “Though there is a lot of liberty in taking decisions and doing things, I don’t have anybody whom I can depend on or whose shoulder I can cry on. I am a strong woman and I have never given up. I will never. But I am in a terrible fix and badly in need of work,” she added.

Her 79-year-old mother was diagnosed with heart problems and is in the ICU currently.

Jaya was last seen in TV show Thapki Pyaar Ki and has also appeared in Kasamh Se, Pal Chhin, Kesar and Hatim. She was also a part of Shabana Azmi’s 2017 film, The Wishing Tree.
