My jasoos from Juhu tells me that Ekta Kapoor is raking in the moolah in real estate. Seems she is leasing out houses in her new building in Mumbai.
According to my khabru, Kapoor herself checks the credentials of the people who wish to take her property on rent.
Aur pata hai kya? I am also informed that each sprawling house has a fabulous view and Ektaji makes a good amount from renting out the property. Must say the Kapoor kudi is sure smart about her investments. Kewl!
