Salman Khan is knee deep in work right now as he shoots for Bharat in Malta and gets ready to host Bigg Boss 12, which begins September 16. However, trust Bollywood’s Bhai to always have quotable quotes to spare. On Sunday, Colors TV’s Raj Nayak shared a video which gave us behind-the-scene action that happens as Bigg Boss 12 promos are being shot.
The video has Salman shooting the two Bigg Boss 12 teasers which have already landed. The actor fumbles at times and gives perfect shots during others. However, the most fun part of the Bigg Boss 12 video was a rapid fire with Salman. Now, everyone who remembers the Koffee With Karan rapid fire with Salman and brothers Arbaaz and Sohail know that the actor is not too fond of this format.
In fact, even before Bigg Boss could ask questions, Salman was sure he would lose this round. The first question, keeping Bigg Boss 12’s jodi format, was the funniest jodi according to Salman. Without batting an eyelid, he said, “I think the jodi of Sunil Grover and Kapil Sharma is very funny.” Now, this is going to gladden the hearts of the fans of both comedians and again bring back the demands of both collaborating together.
Kapil and Sunil, who were part of TRP-winning shows together, fell out after a fight last year. While Sunil is working on many films including Bharat, Kapil has gone low-key after a much reported Twitter meltdown.
Salman was also asked about the power couple and he chose Gauri and Shah Rukh Khan. His favourite Bigg Boss jodi was with Sanjay Dutt in Bigg Boss 5. “I don’t think anyone can match that jodi,” Salman said. His favourite Bollywood jodi, and we agree, is Jai and Veeru. Salman’s father, scriptwriter Salim Khan had co-written the film, Sholay, with Javed Akhtar.
