Karanvir-Shweta share a cool bond

Actor Karanvir Bohra, who has received accolades for his performance as the negative character, Viraj, in Life OK’s Saubhagyavati Bhav, is also known for playing the role of the spoilt brat Prem in Kasauti Zindagi Kay. In the same show, actor Shweta Tiwari played the role of Prem’s mother Prerna.

Thanks to spending a lot of time together on the sets, the two actors forged a bond of a different kind. Karanvir says, “I have known Shweta since our show Kasauti... I don’t know if it was the fact that she played my mother onscreen or the way we connected, but our relationship got so strong while working together, that I still call her mumma. Though we’re just two years apart, due to our reel life roles, we share a strong bond of a mother and son!” Glad that Karanvir’s show is a hit, Shweta recently sent a text message to Karanvir saying, ‘I am proud of my beta, way to go’ along with a cake for his show’s success.
