Nach Baliye 8: Haarsh Limbachiya says he’s famous because of girlfriend Bharti Singh

Comedy Nights Bachao writer Haarsh Limbachiya says he has no issues with girlfriend Bharti Singh being more popular than him.

Comedienne Bharti Singh’s boyfriend Haarsh Limbachiya has no qualms accepting that he is famous because of girlfriend, Bharti Singh. Haarsh, who has written shows such as Comedy Nights Bachao, Comedy Classes and Comedy Circus, says he is glad people recognise Bharti’s talent and love her.

“Why will I feel bad that everyone knows Bharti and not me? She makes everyone laugh with her comedy and her job requires her to face the camera and be on stage to perform. So, everyone connects with her easily. She also has this amazing personality that attracts everyone around her. I am always working behind the camera. So, obviously people will recognise me as Bharti’s boyfriend and not the other way round,” says Haarsh, who is a contestant on dance-reality show Nach Baliye 8 with Bharti. The two started dating in 2011.

“After Nach Baliya, I guess people will know me a bit,” he says, adding that the couple will tie the knot later this year.

Ask him what he loves about Bharti the most, and he says, “She is a very simple girl. Even after being part of the industry for so long, she has remained the same. Also, she cooks yummy food and takes care of her family so well. Tell me who will not fall in love with her?”
