A source says, "It was the display picture on their phones that gave them away. Natasha was in a red sari and had mehendi till her elbows, as is usually seen on the hands of brides. The news surprised and shocked everyone in the industry. Two-three close friends of the couple were aware of the ceremony and witnessed it, but the couple told no one else. Aditya took a two-day leave and didn't tell anyone on the sets of his current show, Junoon."

The couple met and fell in love while shooting for their show, Na Aana Iss Des Laado. The source adds, "They were supposed to get married in December 2013, but everyone is clueless about why they did it so suddenly and secretively. Their engagement was a family affair at Aditya's sister's place in Delhi, and there are speculations that they got married there as well." When contacted, Aditya brushed off the news saying, "This isn't true. There were some pictures that were circulated on social-networking websites, which triggered such rumours I guess."
