The makers could not have found a better host: Salman Khan

Actor Salman Khan feels the Bengali version of Bigg Boss couldn't have found a better host than Mithun Chakraborty.

After the Kannada version hosted by south star Sudeep was launched recently, a Bengali version of Bigg Boss will soon be aired, with veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty as its host.

Salman Khan, who is good friends with the yesteryear star and hosts the Hindi version of the reality show, was happy to know that Mithun has been signed up for the new show that will air on ETV Bangla.

Expressing his happiness, Salman says, “Ki mauja, ki mauja (In Bengali it means “so much fun”). The makers could not have found a better host for the Bangla show.

Mithunda has a great sense of humour, he is both approachable and charismatic. With all his years of experience, he will be able to tackle pressure-cooker situations in the house extremely well.”

There’s buzz that Salman might even land up on the sets of this Bengali version as a guest. The show will go on air in June.
