Mouli Ganguly, best known for Kahiin Kissi Roz, is now busy with a play. Kahani Mein Twist is a comedy which also features Kiran Karmakar.

At the movies
Ganguly explains that the play revolves around the ups and downs in the life of a married couple.

Last seen in the political telly drama Sarkaar, Ganguly also has a film coming up. It's a Man's World touches on the controversial subject of male prostitution. Mohsin Akhtar teams up with Ganguly.

Remind her of her last film, Raincoat in which she had a rather insignificant role and Ganguly insists it was ‘significant.'

Quiz her on her return to the tube and the actress is non-committal. She comes up with the usual line about waiting for ‘different' roles to come her way.

What went wrong with her show Resham Dankh?

"The decisions taken by the channel and production house determine the fate of a show," she says curtly.

Cop don't work
Ganguly names another show, Saakshi, about a female cop which slipped on the TRPs. She says that the original cop drama, Udaan, did exceptionally well, but, "TV has regressed over the years."
