In the video, the Italian PM appears to give a cold shoulder to Macron as both the leaders exchange greetings during the G7 Summit in Italy. The two leaders reportedly sparred over the G7 declaration. Macron and Meloni differed on inclusion of specific words on abortion rights in the declaration.
