China & Pakistan in attendance as India hosts SCO anti-terror meet

Counter-terror experts from S.C.O. member states discussed regional security issues at meet hosted by New Delhi. Pak & China taking part in the 4-day meeting in New Delhi, held under S.C.O. Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure. A 3-member team sent by Pak, the first delegation to visit India since the formation of the Shehbaz Sharif govt. Focus on the situation in Afghanistan - terror groups in the Af-Pak region & illicit narcotics trade. Taliban swept to power in august as the last of the U.S.-led coalition troops pulled out, a safe haven for terrorists.
