Meerut SHO files complaint against himself over rising cow smuggling

A Station House Officer (SHO) in Meerut's Kharkhoda, Rajendra Tyagi registered a complaint against himself and other subordinates in the General Diary at police station after incidents of cow smuggling took place in his jurisdiction. The SHO hopes that filing the complaint will make the constables more diligent in their filing of complaints and reports.
