Eyewitness video captured the chaotic moments after a large explosion at a military barracks in Bolivia’s Viacha municipality on September 4, killing at least 10 people and injuring dozens. The blast occurred at around 2:30 p.m. local time at a military complex about 30 kilometres from La Paz. Authorities said the explosion originated in an area where the Defence Ministry stored pyrotechnic material, though the exact cause remains under investigation.
