Probe Telangana rape accused’s encounter: Bhupesh Baghel

Chief Ministers of Punjab and Chhattisgarh commented on the recent encounter of rape and murder accused in Telangana. Captain Amarinder Singh and Bhupesh Baghel were speaking at the 17th edition of the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit. Four men accused of raping and murdering a 26-year old veterinarian were killed in an encounter on December 6, 2019. Watch the full video for more.
