Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has appealed to Delhi’s women voters to persuade their pro-Modi husbands to vote for his Aam Aadmi Party in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. “Many men are chanting Modi Modi. Only you can set them right. If your husband says Modi, then tell him dinner won’t be served,” Kejriwal said on March 9. Aam Aadmi Party is fighting the upcoming general elections in Delhi in alliance with Congress as part of the opposition INDIA bloc. Congress will contest three seats while AAP will fight on four seats. BJP swept all seven Lok Sabha seats in Delhi in 2019 and 2014.
