‘Businesses have to solve needs of customers to succeed’: Aditya Ghosh

Aditya Ghosh, the CEO of Oyo Hotels and Homes, attended the HT tourism conclave and spoke the factors that drive a company to success. He said that capital is not a guarantee for success and added that companies need to cater to the customers' needs to thrive.
