A physical altercation occurred outside a poll booth in Delhi. Scuffle broke out between Congress and AAP workers in Majnu Ka Teela. Congress candidate Alka Lamba tried to slap an AAP worker. Lamba claimed that the worker made objectionable comments about her son. Policemen present at the spot whisked away the AAP worker. Police later said that the worker was objecting to Lamba speaking to media. Lamba won Chandni Chowk seat as AAP candidate in 2015. She recently returned to Congress and secured a ticket from the same seat.
