Delhi Police arrested Aam Aadmi Party MLA Prakash Jarwal a few hours after chief secretary Anshu Prakash accused him and MLA Amanatullah Khan of assaulting him at the residence of chief minister Arvind Kejriwal at midnight. However, AAP MLAs accused Delhi Secretary of making casteist remarks and filed a complaint against him with the Delhi Police and National Commission for Scheduled Castes. Hours after this, a scuffle broke out at the Delhi secretariat where Minister Imran Hussain and some others were mobbed by officials and staff.
