Foreign diplomats in J&K: Afghanistan, Uganda envoys say situation is normal

The Afghanistan & Ugandan envoys, who are part of the 25 member delegation visiting J&K, have said that the situation in Srinagar looks normal. Afghanistan Envoy Tahir Qadiry said that businesses are running and children are going to schools. This is the second bat6ch of foreign envoys to visit the valley to take stock of the situation on the ground. They will also meet the businessmen community and travel to Baramulla.
