Ghulam Nabi Azad: SP, Congress to form alliance in UP

Ending the speculations, Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad said that Samajwadi Party (SP) and Congress are going to have an alliance for the upcoming 2017 elections under the leadership of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav.
