Caught on cam: Man beats minor in Hyderabad for playing at parking site

A minor was beaten up by a man in Hyderabad on November 8. The incident took place in the parking area of an apartment building in Cyberabad. Man can be seen beating a child who was playing in the parking area. The child was later taken inside the building lift by the same man. A case has been registered under relavent sections of the IPC and Juvenile Justice Act.
