Congress President Rahul Gandhi addressed the National Fishermen Parliament in Thriprayar. He promised to set up a central ministry for fishermen if Congress were voted to power. Rahul said “If we win the fishermen of the country will get their own dedicated ministry in Delhi.” The congress president also added that he doesn't make fake promises. “I am not like Narendra Modi. I don't make fake promises. Please look at my speeches. When I say something, I only say it because I have decided to do it,” said Rahul.
