MP crisis: After Scindia quits, Congress says no threat to Kamal Nath govt

The resignation of Jyotiraditya Scindia from the Congress has thrown the MP govt in a crisis. With the resignation of 22 Congress MLAs, immediately after Scindia decided to quit, the Kamal Nath government seems to be in an uncomfortable position in the MP assembly. However, the Congress sounds confident of proving majority on the floor of the house. Congress leaders said that the MLAs who have been taken to Bengaluru were still backing Kamal Nath and added that some BJP MLAs are also in touch with the party.
