Section 144 tightened ahead of my Kashmir visit: Ghulam Nabi Azad

Senior Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad is scheduled to visit Jammu and Kashmir. The Congress leader said Section 144 has been tightened ahead of his visit. Azad had earlier said he will present his report on the Supreme Court. The apex court allowed the Congress leader to visit the valley.
