Former union home secretary Anil Baijal took oath as the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi at an event held in the national capital on Saturday. He has held prominent posts in the past, including vice-chairman of the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) and also headed prominent organisations like Prasar Bharti and Indian Airlines. Anil Baijal has taken over Najeeb Jung, who resigned from the office earlier this month.
