Advani slams India's policy on Sri Lanka

Lal Krishna Advani, leader of BJP placed his firm foreign policy agenda on his poll plank in Hassan district of Karnataka on Saturday. Advani criticised the Congress party led UPA government on the war in Sri Lanka. New Delhi had sent its foreign secretary Shivshankar Menon and National Security Adviser MK Narayanan to Sri Lanka to urge the immediate cessation of hostilities that it said was killing innocent civilians.
