City court rejects plea of SEBI to quiz Raju
A city court in Hyderabad on Friday rejected the plea of the Securities and Exchange Board of India or SEBI to interrogate the former chief of embattled Satyam Computer Services, Ramalinga Raju. Rejecting SEBI's plea, the court said that the petition itself is not maintainable. Chairman and founder Raju resigned after revealing years of accounting fraud at Satyam.
