Facebook fiasco – lawyer moves women’s commission

Eminent lawyer, Abha Singh filed a complaint on Tuesday before Maharashtra State Commission for women, alleging human rights violation in the arrest of two young girls, who wrote comments on their facebook wall regarding the shutdown of Mumbai on the day of Bal Thackeray's funeral.
