Musharraf is trying to encash anti-India constituency - BJP

As Pakistan's former President Pervez Musharraf is set to file his nomination papers for NA-32 Chitral constituency on Thursday, BJP leader Balbir Punj said that Musharraf is trying to encash the anti-India constituency which is a pre-dominant constituency in Pakistan by proclaiming that he was "proud of the Kargil operation".
