SC to hear on CBI probe in fake encounter case

The Supreme Court decides on Thursday whether to ask the CBI to probe the Gujarat fake encounter case. The apex court was to decide the same on Tuesday but postposoned the hearing until Thursday. The case involving the killing of Sohrabuddin and his wife Kausar Bi in November 2005 has gone through several dramatic twists and turns in the Apex Court.
