Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has rejected reports of a secret hostage deal with Hamas. The Washington Post, a leading U.S. newspaper, reported that Israel, Hamas and the United States reached a “tentative agreement” for a five-day ceasefire in exchange for around 50 hostages. Netanyahu said that the Israeli public will be updated if a hostage deal is signed.
