Moscow 1st reaction after US 'allows' India to buy Russian oil, then drops sanctions relief hint

Russia has refused to disclose how much Russian crude could head to India under the new U.S. waiver, with Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov saying Moscow will not provide figures because there are “too many ill‑wishers,” while stressing India and China are guided by their national interests and that Russia remains a “reliable” energy supplier.
