Rajya Sabha chairman Venkaiah Naidu expressed his unhappiness over the productivity of the winter session of Parliament on Wednesday. The winter session of Parliament was concluded, a day ahead of schedule, amid continuous protests by the opposition. Sharing his concern over the functioning of the Parliament, Naidu said it was 'much below its potential.'
