Amid leadership change in Congress-ruled Punjab, Chhattisgarh minister arrived in Delhi on Monday. Chhattisgarh health minister TS Singh DEO said he is not in Delhi to meet Congress leadership. This comes amid reports of infighting in Congress in Chhattisgarh. Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Bhagel and TS Singh Deo met Congress leadership in August.
