All India Mahila Congress President Netta D'Souza has been booked by the Delhi Police for spitting on the police personnel during a protest in the national capital. Delhi police said that a criminal case has been lodged against the Congress leader for assaulting on duty cops. The incident happened when Netta D'souza was protesting against Congress MP Rahul Gandhi’s ed questioning. BJP has lashed out at the Congress party calling the incident 'shameful & disgusting'.
