At least 6 people died and 20 others were admitted to a hospital after gas leakage at a company in Gujarat's Surat. The incident reportedly took place in the Sachin GIDC area of the city on January 6. As per HT's sister publication Livehindustan, police are still carrying out rescue ops in the area. The gas leakage occurred when a tanker driver was pouring chemicals into a drain near the printing mill. In no time, the poisonous gases had whisked through the open outlets taking the lives of people. Watch the full video for more.
