PM Modi on Sunday night left for Germany, as he kickstarts a crucial three-nation Europe visit. He is set to meet German chancellor Scholz, Denmark PM Frederiksen & French President Emmanuel Macron. PM Modi is set to attend several key events; post-Covid economic recovery one of the many agendas on the list. The Ukraine war will also be in focus during the Europe visit, the government has said. His meeting with Scholz comes after the two leaders interacted last year at G20 when he was the FM. This is PM Modi’s first foreign tour of the year & the first since the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
