Russian counterpart Sergei Shoigu dialed up on his Indian counterpart Rajnath Singh to convey Moscow's fear that Ukraine may be preparing 'dirty bomb' to escalate the war. The Raksha Mantri told Shoigu that the prospect of using nuclear or radiological weapons goes against the basic tenets of humanity and reiterated the need for an early resolution to the conflict through dialogue and diplomacy.
