Rigging complaints, bomb attack: Bypolls underway in Bhabanipur, & 2 other seats

Bypolls were underway for three seats in West Bengal – Bhabanipur, Samserganj and Jangipur. The bypolls will decide the fate of TMC supremo and West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee as she needs to win the Bhabanipur seat in order to safeguard her CM chair. There were reports of rigging too. Around 40 complaints of rigging were filed out of which 23 were filed by BJP. Voting began at 7 am across Assembly segments. Watch the full video for more details.
