Amid the ongoing Ukraine crisis, Russia has accused the U.S navy of sending its submarine in the Russian water near the Northern Pacific. Russia has claimed that its anti-submarine destroyer has chassed off the U.S submarine. After the incident, the Russian Defence Ministry has summoned the U.S Defence attache in Moscow.
