Sri Lanka has snubbed China, denying its research vessel to dock at Lankan ports in October. Foreign Minister Ali Sabry said that Indian security concerns are "important" for Sri Lanka. The Chinese ship - Shi Yan 6 - was expected in Sri Lanka in October to conduct research along with the National Aquatic Resources Research and Development Agency (NARA). Watch for more details.
