Sri Lanka applauds India again as it walks on its rocky road to economic recovery. 'China is a close friend but India is our brother and sister', says Sri Lankan envoy to India Milinda Moragoda when asked whether the Chinese military ship visit at Hambantota undermined India’s interests.
