UN showdown: India’s diplomat hammers Pakistan, then rips apart ‘Frankenstein’ state over terrorism

India strongly rejected Pakistan's allegations and references to Jammu and Kashmir made by Pakistan and the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) at the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC), asserting that Jammu and Kashmir "was, is and will always remain an integral and inalienable part of India." Speaking during the 62nd Session of the UNHRC, Anupama Singh, First Secretary at India's Permanent Mission to the United Nations, exercised India's right of reply and dismissed Pakistan's allegations as "baseless and malicious."
