Video of terrorists shooting cop in J&K's Srinagar; police search for killers

Chilling footage of a cop being shot dead by terrorists in J&K has surfaced. A police officer in CID was shot dead by terrorists in J&K's Nowgam on Tuesday. J&K Police have now released CCTV footage of the two terrorists shooting the cop to identify them. Inspector Pervaiz Ahmad was shot dead while he was going to offer evening prayers. Ahmad was the fourth cop to be killed by terrorists in J&K in the last two weeks. In the clip, two men carrying pistols are seen firing at the cop from point blank range. The officer was shifted to hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. Police said that Ahmad was targeted in front of a mosque at around 8pm. IGP Vijay Kumar said identification of the terrorists in CCTV footage was being done. Ahmad, who was posted with the CID wing of J&K police, is survived by wife & two kids.
