The middle-east nation has been playing a key role in negotiations involving the US and the Taliban. After meeting Qatar's National Security Advisor, Subrahmanyam Jaishankar said that he 'appreciated' Mohamed Bin Ahmed Al Mesned's 'insights on developments in the region and beyond'.
