Watch: ITBP ‘Himveers’ perform Yoga at 15,000 ft in snow-capped Himalayas

Indo-Tibetan Border Police personnel performed Yoga at 15,000 ft in Uttarakhand Himalayas. The video of ‘Himveers’ participating in a Yoga session was shared by ITBP’s Twitter handle. The Yoga session was organised by the force ahead of the International Day of Yoga 2022. A similar yoga session was conducted by ITBP at the Bheemili Sea Beach, Visakhapatnam. On April 27, the force also shared images from a Yoga session at 15,000 feet in Ladakh. Watch the full video for more.
