PM Modi launched a fierce attack on the Trinamool Congress during his speech in Hooghly, West Bengal. He said that while there was no dearth of enthusiasm among investors over Bengal, the ‘cut culture’ & syndicate system was proving to be a hindrance. PM Modi said that a person cannot even rent a building in the state without permission from the syndicate.
