North Korea Joins China’s Xiangshan Forum With Military Delegation

A North Korean military delegation led by Vice Defence Minister Kim Kang Il has headed to Beijing to attend the 13th Xiangshan Forum, China’s major annual security conference. The three-day event is expected to bring together military officials, diplomats and scholars from dozens of countries to discuss global security.
