Indian Embassy worker Satendra Siwal, posted in Russia, was arrested by Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) on charges of spying for Pakistan. Siwal, who was stationed in the Indian Embassy in Moscow as Indian Based Security Assistant (IBSA), allegedly passed confidential information about strategic activities of the Indian military, and Ministry Of Defence and Ministry of External Affairs.
